With a gold BCCI etch, I doubt that knife will re-sell very well. I'm going to bet there will not be many of them for sale on eBay.
I have two Buck 111's. A MP custom and a stag 111LE from Buck with no rear bolster. Here are their pic's.

...Your's sounds even better Mike...I'm so "wishy washy" lately...LMAO...( what the he_ _ is "wishy washy" ???...Personally, if they have to do a 111, I'd rather see it with unique wood scales and minus the rear bolster.....oh yeah and with S30V steel. Also, instead of the BCCI logo etched on the blade, I'd like to see it in the form of a medallion inlaid on the scales. Now that would be a club 111 I'd buy and keep.
That's an eBay pic...You buying it or selling it???![]()
I'd guess selling, from the blade cutout...![]()
I'm with Mike with the medallion gig. Metal like the 100th Anniv 110 Oakies. Not plastic like the Politburo Comrade Button that, IIRC, was on the transition folder.Personally, if they have to do a 111, I'd rather see it with unique wood scales and minus the rear bolster.....oh yeah and with S30V steel. Also, instead of the BCCI logo etched on the blade, I'd like to see it in the form of a medallion inlaid on the scales. Now that would be a club 111 I'd buy and keep.
Every annual club knife with a mirror polished that the BCCI has ever done has had an etched blade. We can't go breaking tradition!

...the next special project knife will be a Duke 500...
