If it can't be country-fried, you coat it with funnel-cake mix and deep fry it anyhow. LOL


(OK, I'd like to try some anyhow. I've never had venison with that much fat around it. Usually as a seasoned steak or as stew meat.)

That looks great, T. I'd love to get a try of that. Maybe I'll hafta get pics of some of the meals we latinos create during the holidays. Some of you would go crazy for a little bit of lechon asado.
