Dan, again, can you PLEASE mark me paid if you received my payment. I believe that you confirmed that you did receive it. Since we're waiting on my sheath before you ship, I would really feel more comfortable if you marked me paid so neither one of us lose track. Please
 
Ok - I have nearly all the first 100 finished. whew!

Just need to 400 grit the spine, buff the wood handles, clean everything up, etch the blades and sharpen!


I was hoping to get it done today, but just ran out of time.


First thing Monday morning - will get-er-done!



I'll try to post up some progress pics.



Good news = already have the blades done and the handles cut out and drilled for the next 40 or so. :thumbup:

Will the JRE sheaths be shipped separately? I had ordered/paid for one, and it was not included w/ my knife (which is great, by the way).

I believe the sheaths are coming soon. If you scroll thru the last few pages, Dan mentions that the sheaths are not in his shop yet from JRE.
I'm sure Dan will chime in soon.

Ok guys - here's an update:

I've created a spreadsheet to track progress on the Bushcraft orders.

Shows progress of each knife individually as well - and I will be keeping it current the best I can.



****IMPORTANT - EVERYBODY PLEASE READ****


If you are in the first 100, you need to double check the details in the webpage above. Make sure I have you down for a sheath if you want one (still not in yet). Also, make sure I have your payments noted correctly (I am still working on updates, but I won't complain if you send another email showing payments).


The next 100 will go MUCH faster. :D :p

You will like these - I am sure of it. It just *feels right* in the hand. Nothing wrong with the 1st Gen knives...but these have that little "extra" to them that makes 'em all that much nicer.
