200th Post -- Giving Back to the Traditionals

Great giveaway! Get yerself a CV Swayback and never look back!

I'm in and if you want a handful get a GEC Cigar pattern and number of blades should suffice. Top left is a Yellow Rose Furtaker trapper and it is a handful.

Please count me in, and thank you for your generosity.

I'd suggest a 4.5" Bose pattern back pocket. That's a nice handfull.

Well, it's time. I have lurked here enough and learned an awful lot. I have remarked here and there where I felt I had something of value to add. Now it is time to give something back, so here we go.

I have a NIT (New in the Tube) Schrade Walden 708. All I have done is clean it up a little bit and put a nice edge on it. The main blade sits a little low on the spring when open, but functions fine. Lovely knife, but too small for me. It needs a nice home. I've been saving this one for when I finally hit the big 2-0-0.

The giveaway is open to all on here. I will ship outside CONUS, but understand the knife will likely take a slow boat. Your post number is your entry. I will keep this open until midnight, Saturday, Memphis time.

As for other entry guidelines, talk me into a traditional knife I should have.

Thanks for all of your posts. I've learned a lot reading on here.

You're a kind man! I hope to do some giveaways once my little collection expands. I would love another traditional, I just got my first one, a Case Sodbuster Jr, and I LOVE it!

As for a traditional you should get (but probably already have), how about a Buck 110? I was planning on grabbing one soon for myself :)

Thanks for the opportunity!

Thanks for the giveaway and thanks for opening it to nonconus members. I really like the Queen Dan Burke barlow.

Thank you for the chance! I would suggest a Case Swayback Jack....one of my all time favorite patterns. I personally prefer a gent because of the slimmer profile.

Like TLARbb said, "Canal Street has a sweet cannitler pattern."
I bought one from A. G. Russell for a good friend of mine and was very pleased when he proudly showed me his new favorite knife.
It is a solid and substantial little handful with extraordinary fit and finish.

Oh, thanks for the chance too.

Elephant toe has always really been an eye catcher.

If you get a big version, you can hunt, and skin with it. Plenty of belly, and blade length for chores and hunting.

A GEC Cuban stockman in some sort of funky acrylic. Those acrylics don't get much respect around here, but they hearken back to the good ol' celluloid days (w/o the gassing and brassing), and they look really really sharp - an attention getter. And GECs are just top notch all-around!

Thanks for the offer!

Thanks! All solid choices so far, but what? No Muskrat?
Opt for a Queen Cutlery one in Amber carved bone, single spring, mellow and slim.

Case Swayback Jack in Chestnut bone with CV blade. It is a sweetie for a little more than fifty!

Thanks for the chance. I think a Schrade 897 would be good for a traditional knife collection.
