Yes they were numbered LEs with the grey handle. A few unnumbered satin have shown up at Knob Creek with black handles.

I'm not a jealous of the blades as I am of the beautiful family you have there!! Wonderful wife and children....you are blessed!! your oldest girl takes a great photo some of my pics are thanks to her! It was a pleasure to spend a little time with you all!

My knives won't be here until the beginning of next week...going to the jimmy buffett show and didn't want to worry about the box being in limbo at the postoffice

Nice knives there T!! I am particularly impressed with the new KZ proto's ... the shorter handle will give a much more "locked in" solid grip with no lateral slide on impact ... and the grind profile looks a great combination of "flat" moving to a "convex" curve by the spine ... ideal IMO for chopping power :thumbup: Turn one into a serious "user" and let us know how it works out ...
