Don't know much about this knife. Should be from before the Bohns took over Northwoods brand. 3.5 inch closed with cocobolo covers. Tang stamp on clip blade reads "Northwoods Gladstone, MICH USA" on one side and "2011" on the other. Tang stamp on wharncliffe blade reads "MADE IN U.S.A."
Blades are not sharp but knife in very nice condition overall. However the wharncliffe blade suffers from blade rap and has a notch on the edge as a result, see pictures below.
