2012 LE Bladeforums Skyline Discussion

It would be awesome if there were some left, i just got my first skyline and man do i want this one!!
 
I love this knife. It is better than the reg skyline by far. It has a home permanently in my EDC rotation .
 
ordered early september, mine came yesterday. great knife. sharp out of the box, good f&f.
now to mod the clip to low rider......
 
Got mine. Pre-ordered very early, paid for shipping to Canada on December 26th.... it came today.

It came perfectly centered, and flipping aciton is very smooth. Mine came with quite a bit of oil on the blade, with a quick wipe with kleenex it was all good to go!

I knew it was and I wanted to see if I could get you to take a side by side! I have a 0780 sitting here waiting for its bfc skyline friend anyday now! Thanks for the pic!

Thank you... I'm stuck inside because of all the snow and I can't take as good as photos as I wish I could. The enhanced lighting is much better. I usually take better photos so I decided to retake it so it doesn't have hard shadows.

My favorite part of the 0780 is the VERY slight slope downwards from the last inch of the handle continuing onto the blade... you can see it if you look at the picture closely. It feels amazing in hand.

Its actually nice to know Iam not the only one still waiting on one.
 
He said he's down to the last 50 to ship, said that 2 1/2 weeks ago. So... I'm going to hope as many as possible are being shipped daily, that might be a little too optimistic though.

Here's for hoping sometime in February.

Hahah well man I ordered mine on Nov 12th, one of the last few dozen orders I'm sure. So I'll probably get mine last, hopefully soon.
