Knife Center, Personal Defense World and Cliffstamp.com, all have the "Redemption" listed as being YK-30 steel. I don't know for sure. Could just be marketing.

Not completely, but the edges of the spine definitely have a nice radius.

Just got in a Redemption last week, love it. I love the fact that it's hidden tang, very light and fast. Still a beast of a knife though.
I added it in to the BOB in the car...cool knife.
If I ever get some time off of work, I will take some test photo's.
