2014 Cases!

Pacific Blue Bone - that should interest Pertinux.

You know it! :D

Except, I will await pictures of the actual knives, to make sure they're not just the color of skim milk in real life (given all the pink "red" I've seen, and the plastic-scar Deep Canyon...). ;)

Plus, I am already well-content with my humble but lovable selection of Case knives, and full-up on Case's Stainless. Were the above to come in CV, it would prove much more tempting.

I do like the jigging and intended coloration, regardless.

From what I've read so far, the teardrop will become a regular pattern. Initially it will be offered in Amber bone in a single blade version, pocket worn old red bone in a 2-blade version, and a SHOT show version which is single-blade ebony.

No idea if any of those are CV, though knowing Case I'd be surprised if they are. They seem to love Tru-Sharp as much as GEC loves 1095.

Ebony would be great! Can you get a SHOT show version anywhere other than the actual show?

From my understanding the Shot show exclusives are actually only exclusive for dealers who attend the Shot show, not exclusive in the sense that you had to be there to buy one. So should be able to pick one up from any of the dealers who attended the show and ordered the knives from Case.

Wow they were listening! I think everybody lamented the fact that the Soddie Jr in bone didnt have CV...now it does! Im all over that!

Of the listed new Case offerings, the only ones I am tempted by are the teardrop jack and the chestnut bone CV Sod Buster Jr. I will probably again be able to resist the sod buster, but I expect one of the teardrops will eventually make it into my pocket. The size and shape just looks way too ideal to pass up.

I'll wait to see what handle/steel combos it is offered in. If it's being added as a standard pattern, then if I don't like the first round options, eventually they'll make something I want.

If they would only release the Seahorse in CV!!!! I would have buy several! I love that pattern!

Here's a vid taken there of Tony talking about two of the knives coming out;

both look sweet!

hehe, we don't need no potators' in our pockets :)

That little teardrop is a nice looking knife. Might have to keep an eye out for that one.

I really like the second cut crimson bone. The russlock with a clip blade would be right up my alley.

Gary, I think pearl would be perfect for that teardrop, but . . . . any and all, bring 'em on!

Absolutely Jeff, almost any handle would set this one off. This is a gents' knife with authority :D:thumbup: Getting restless already!

Thanks, Will

Purple jigged bone with arrow head shield and orange persimmon bone with shotgun shield are the two newest large stockmans.
