Mosier

I am the original owner of this knife. Acquired from David Mosier at Bladeshow 2014.

It is an incredibly sweet knife. My assessment is that it is in 99.9% condition with two truly micro marks: the first is on the left edge of the clip just a bit down from the tip - a less than tip of a pinpoint shiny spot (not a nick). Second is on the front side in the lower egg shell finished relief portion - there is a less than hairline wide scoring in the finish (not a scratch in the metal at all). The knife has not been carried and these are super critical call outs just to be honest - you have to be hunting for them to find them. They cannot be photographed.

Other than that, the knife is perfect and an incredible piece. The blade is in 100% condition, razor sharp, and perfectly centered in the frame when closed. It features a bead blasted then acid wash finish. When open, there is zero blade play.

Opening action on ikbs bearings is wicked fast and ultra smooth. The blade locks up at about 20%. The frame is full titanium and has the best bronze/more on the brown side anno I have every seen.

blade size 3.75" / 8.75" overall.

Trades considered only at this time: Tighe Drip fancier version, Marsh XL Vanquish, Nalu Capitalist, WR Bladeworks Drake, GTC with new SLT flipper, Peter Martin Nebula. $ either way as needed.

$1795 > 1695 > 1595 to your door MOSIER IS SOLD pending funds

BLACKWOOD

The knife was priced at $1650 from Empire. I am offering it at below direct from maker cost (1450 from Blackwood) at $1350 > 1250 net to your door with full insurance and padded case.

The annodization of this knife provides amazing purples and blues with a hint of green on top of the overall bronze anno. The blade is super sharp and features a hand rubbed finish by black wood. Look at the original photos, there are some micro striations in the blade right at the cutting bevel at one spot that came from Blackwood and you can see in Empire's photos - you can only see it from one direction, I cannot shoot them because they are so small which is why Empire's photos give an honest look and you need to look at the other photos to see they disappear - you have to be on a micro hunt to see the striation. They do not detract and there is no functional problem, the knife is pretty much perfect. Flipping is incredible smooth and fast for this long blade. Zero blade play with early lock up. This knife is very high quality. The timascus backspacer is very unique and sets off all the colors you get on the titanium scales.

OAL - 9.375" / Blade - 4.125" Elmax

Handle - 5.125" Titanium with outrageous timascus backspacer

Thanks and ships to Continental USA only.
