Thank you gunstockjack!!! We got it all straightened out and my 2015 Forum Knife is ordered :)
 
Got my order in for 1, thanks to all who were involved in making the forum knife happen again this year.
 
I just so happened to have exactly enough in my Paypal account. Ordered before I spend it anywhere else. :D
 
Just a reminder of what the past has brought so far and now a new Canal Street addition to go with the first 2 forum knives, the CSC Ring Opener Pen and the CSC Canittler. :)

Here they are guys, all lined up nice with their respective packaging.

Starting left to right...

2006 Canal Street Cutlery Ring Opener Pen; 2007 Canal Street Cutlery Canittler; 2008 Northwoods Medium Stockman; 2009 Queen/Schatt Morgan Barlow; 2010 Queen Moose; 2011 GEC EO Jack; 2012 GEC Wharncliffe Trapper; 2013 GEC Congress Jack; 2014 GEC Stag Jack. All get pocket time. :)

In for my first forum knife! I grew up about 10 minutes from CSC and toured the factory about 2 Summers ago. Great people!

Roughly when will these ship? I ask not to be a pest (I know it's not right away; the end of the year sounds familiar), but because I'm moving in a couple of months and will need to update my address.
 
In for my first BF slipjoint knife! This has been a fun and enjoyable process--thank you to everyone involved. I feel like a kid about to get my first Cub Scout knife--and that was long ago!

They will be a few months at least. Make sure you email or PM me with your address change; if you fill out a change of address form at the PO, that would probably do the trick as well.
