I purchased 2 of these. Being wood, I wanted to see the variance between the 2 and keep the one I liked best. This knife has great fit and finish, the blades are sharp, the shield in-letting is perfect, and the grain is pretty well matched between the sides. The grinds are very well executed, the main clip blade does have a small nick in the edge from hitting the backspring...it was like this when I received it. My other knife was like this as well, I did not sharpen it out on this knife as I wanted it to stay exactly as I received it! It did not take much to remove it from the knife that I'm keeping using my Sharpmaker so it's not that big of a deal.
