I wanted to wait and post the pictures from Jerry's show that was in October of 2015, until everyone had the DVDs from the show. About half of the pictures here aren't on the DVD, because it ended up being like an hour and ten minutes long before I even tried to throw in the slideshow. If you didn't see the makers at work thread or the knives that were taken to the show then let me catch you up!

This year the makers are Kyle Royer, M.S. and David Lisch, M.S.. Here is a picture of the four makers together.

Kyle Royer, M.S. brought these knives that were shot by his brother Caleb Royer, M.P.(master photographer. hmm..I can come up with a better stamp for him later)

David Lisch, M.S. brought some awesome work! A thread on his dagger is here; http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...Dreams-of-Grandeur-Dagger?highlight=fisk+show

A few that J.R. Cook, M.S. brought.

And here are some of the knives Jerry Fisk, M.S. came up with. Buddy took a picture of one of Jerry's knives and is posted on this thread here; http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...case-hardened-steel?highlight=fisk+micro+show

Jerry's $8 Knife:

There is more work from them, but you will get to see them in action. Either being used or looked at by the people attending the show in the pictures that I will be posting soon. I always have a blast at this show. It was great talking with David and Kyle both before and after the show. If you want to see them doing some work on the above knives, check out them working on them;

They are all pretty amazing after all.

Now that you are all caught up! The rest of the pictures are going to be from the actual show. Caleb Royer helped take pictures, so I have to give him thanks for his work. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

We like to get together on Thursday night for everyone that has booked a hotel room the day before the show. We go to a local restaurant and have a blast!

Some of us even get lost on the way and see three legged chickens. :O

David Lisch M.S. forged one of his 'Shop Rats' for us. It was great seeing such a skilled smith at work. Thank you, David!

David Lisch, M.S. forged it out of a piece of damascus Jerry Fisk, M.S. had on hand. It was something else watching him do the whole knife from start to finish in front of us. As always, he made us laugh while demoing. We didn't plan any of this out, which makes it an even better experience. Once he was finished with the knife, David gave it away as a door prize to people attending the show.

Hard to beat that!

I doubt that he will want to forge for us again, though. This was a cool day for us in southern Arkansas. He wasn't ready for our humidity. :D

After David's demo we gathered together for the 'Sit & Spit'. Where anyone that has questions, gets answers! Whether it is about a specific construction of a knife, knife marketing, knife sharpening, or whatever ever comes to mind. This year Caleb sat in front with the makers, to answer photography questions.

While they were doing that I started sketching them.

Logan,

Thanks for posting the photos from last year's Fisk Microshow.

As usual it was a great time with beautiful knives available for those lucky enough to be drawn..

It was very enjoyable to see Dave Lisch forge that "Shop Rat" from a piece of Jerry's Damascus.

Thanks Logan for doing such a great job covering the show it is still all like a dream to me and with out a doubt the most fun I have had at any event blacksmithing or knife making Jerry and Bob and everyone of the gang made me feel like family. thanks again all of you.

The Friday night dinner is something a lot of us look forward to every year. It is hard to beat Naaman's Championship BBQ! If not for the knives, I would have came for the food. :D Since, Holly's cooking is amazing as well.

After dinner, the makers set up the room to show their knives off. The rest of us recovered from dinner on the porch.

The Knife Rodeo began after everyone had lunch.

The whole cutting crew.

Bruce was the winner!

These are all the pictures that I have for this thread. I am taking a few clips from the actual video and will post them when I get back on in the morning. I hope you guys like this! It was certainly a blast for me. It's hard to beat a weekend with great friends. :)

It took me a bit to pull this one from the rest. I wanted to cut a few clips out from the DVD that way you guys could see some of the highlights. I enjoyed this part, so I thought you might as well. It is of David Lisch M.S. forging his shop rat knife. :)

The median age of that group must be 60, lol!

That said, those are some great photos and it looks like a lot of fun. I would like to attend some day!
