2015 Fisk Micro Show Pictures!

Thanks for sharing the photos Logan.

That is what I am here for! ;) It is hard to find a nicer bunch of people.

Terrific pics - thanks for the peek.

My pleasure. I am just happy to be a part of it!

What an event !
Thanks for the images, Logan.

Doug

It definitely is! I wish I could have captured more, but I find that I try to join in on the fun at times, instead of doing my job. lol.

Logan,

Thanks for posting the photos from last year's Fisk Microshow.

As usual it was a great time with beautiful knives available for those lucky enough to be drawn..

It was very enjoyable to see Dave Lisch forge that "Shop Rat" from a piece of Jerry's Damascus.

Jim Treacy

That was a fun treat from David. I didn't realize he could make one that fast. My favorite part is right before he forges the tail around. He is a pretty entertaining. It was great seeing you there too!

Thanks Logan for doing such a great job covering the show it is still all like a dream to me and with out a doubt the most fun I have had at any event blacksmithing or knife making Jerry and Bob and everyone of the gang made me feel like family. thanks again all of you.

I try! I'm glad that you were able to come. You and Kyle were great. I loved what you guys brought. It is just a cool and relaxing time there. Well for some of us. :P

I love these threads. It looks like it was SUCH a comfortable and yet informative weekend.

I'm appreciative (jealous?) of the candid shots. SO cool, so talented.

Thank you.

I love making these threads. I found my favorite part of going to knife shows is taking pictures and sharing the experience that I had there. This show is really what made me start doing it and I love it.

I am going to blame the candid shots on Caleb. :P He did a heck of a job, as usual.

Really good thread!

maybe one day I can hang out with those Big Dogs!

Fun!

That's what I said too, before they started putting me to work! :D :P

The median age of that group must be 60, lol!

That said, those are some great photos and it looks like a lot of fun. I would like to attend some day!

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Lmao! We need you there to lower the median. I can't do it all on my own. :D The show seriously is a lot of fun. It isn't like any other show that I have been to. The only bad part is that you have to be around people. Idk if you have ever seen people before...it's the reason I don't go outside. Unless you like people and amazing knives, then you would have a great time! :P

Very nice photos Logan, you covered the event! Brings back good memory's of my time there.

Talk Jerry into having a reunion show and bring all the makers back! :D :D :D If that happens, I want you to rig your donation knife to where I win it. Even though I don't get balls to put into the drawing.

Hard life when you don't have balls. :/

Thank you so much for sharing, and taking the time & efforts to post these great pix. I LOVE threads like these. That looked like an amazing event, that was a lot of fun and very informative.

No problem at all! I enjoy it, oddly enough. I wish every show was covered like this. There is so much that I miss when I go to them and I would still like to see it. So I try to give what I would like to see, back to anyone that wants to look.

First time i've ever seen those bridge anvils, very cool looking.

His even has 'Jerry Fisk, Mastersmith' on it. It's cool as crap.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around that guard....

I know I've seen a pic of that dagger before somewhere....but somehow I never noticed the dagger...

How....I mean....what the....how the...

It's insane! Trick him into doing a w.i.p of it. :P

And! Here are some videos of the cutting competition.
