The SCHF52 for "people's choice?" Really? What people chose?

The design is fine, but the only one I've handled had a bent blade. Warped from heat treat I imagine as many other Schrade fixed blades have the same issue.

Manufacturing Quality Award: Chris Reeve Knives. Lol, no surprise there. :)
That's different.

Chris Reeve Knives has won the Manufacturing Quality Award every year since 2000 except for 2002 and 2014. That's pretty consistent quality!

Even in those years I don't know that their quality went down any. lol

Yeah, there were two years where the judges were chosen by short straws.
:)

Can't believe the gimmicky color changing handles won...

Agreed. Nothing beyond that makes the KUR of any note.

^ Agreed!
I went & checked this knife out, after reading RZ's initial post. I didn't find anything appealing whatsoever, regarding this design.

^ CRK without a doubt, sets the highest standards of quality in the knife industry!

You guys are being way too harsh. It's a pretty cool looking piece.

If Kai had entered this one instead, they'd have surely won:
