I had so much trouble deciding. Finally I just asked myself which one I would pick from a table if cost were no object. I have always wanted to own a FISK, and that laddered w's steel is really beautiful.......so even though I find the handle embellishment a bit too busy(and that might change if I had it in hand) I would chose that one.
I REALLY like all the other finalists as well. Even nominated some of them in round 1. You guys are too good, it makes decisions too hard!:D

Darcy:)

I went with the Morrison knife. To me that is what a hunter is. Single guard, 4-6" blade, and comfortable in multiple handle positions. I love the Fisk, but I couldn't imagine using it. Maybe it's just me, but I think a hunter needs to be a user. Very tough choices this year.

Well it seems like I have a secure hold on the very bottom of this list. :D :)

I'm extremely happy to even be in the finals with these excellent knives and makers.

These knives are all exceptional and I'd be thrilled to own any one of them. I cast my vote for Adam's knife. I held this knife in hand and I had an extreme urge to own it and use it and if I had enough cash in my pocket at the time, I would have. Every thing is just right on this knife and I imagined walking around in the woods with it on my belt and all the hunting/utility tasks it could be used for. It is so near perfection in every detail, understated in it's elegance and details and yet not simple at all to pull off everything that Adam has going for this.

Congrats to everyone that had their work displayed in this thread.

John, if that knife had a single guard, my decision would have been a lot tougher. Your hunters scream useable!

Ben's piece, well it's awesome. As are the rest, all of them are a testament to the craft

I spent time going between Ben and Jerry and after I had eaten way too much, I had to eliminate Jerry as it both monetarily and aesthetically was too much for my blood and Ben's tasty morsel just went down way too smoothly from tip to butt to not get my vote. Lots of great knives by all but Ben's just tasted right.

There are only a couple of hours left until the poll is closed. Get your votes in before it's over.
