I just got home from the NYCKS
As usual Steve D'Lack did an incredible job and this years turn out was 20 % up from last year
I drove in to man the table with my good friend Matt Diskin of DISKiN USA
Matt had a great show where all of the Wheel Variants quickly went out the door
Matt flew in to NEW York right from the Paris Knife Show
I brought with me a very special Katana that Jim Cooper was kind enough to photograph. There will be an upcoming video on this piece that I have been waiting to do till I had some quality images from Coop
I also had the Mirabile Battle Tanto/Ko Wakizashi on display and it was handled by a ton of people to rave reviews
Comments like I can not believe how light it is and WOW what a weapon ruled the day
I was amazed at how many people new the piece and therefore were exposed to it by this forum and the cutting videos
My carry piece for the show was a Carbon Kolton from my friend Claude Bouchonville and my old faithful DISKIN Fire
The show had excellent traffic and the turnout was even better than last year so congrats and thanks to Steve DeLac who is a show promoter extraordinaire
Like I always say .....It's the people in the Custom Knife world that make this such a wonderful thing and this video is a mix of brief video clips and a picture slide show of the great folks that make this show the success that it is
Thank you all for stopping by and special thanks to Matt Diskin for giving me a stage to do my thing on
