The etch has faded or has been deliberately Flitzed off. The most noticeable difference from new is the blade surfaces, for which I have provided two close-up pics for you to scrutinize. It has been carried and seen some modest use. It is not super-sharp, but not bad - which (to me) indicates light use but not a re-sharpening/alteration of the bevel. There are no awful scratches nor dings, chips or burrs. The pics speak for condition. The action is beautiful and the blade is nicely centered. A very nice, well kept example with gorgeous scale color & it comes with a tube & Pin.
