2017 Buck Knife & Gun Show

This is as old school as I get:D Early 1940's Stevens .22 - 410:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Forgot to say it is paired up with a 1980's Custom shop wedding cake knife:thumbup::thumbup:

And here is a 1950's - 60's:confused::confused: not too sure on the exact age..... shorty S&W .38 special paired with a late 60's elk tine:thumbup::thumbup:

Some great looking pics so far in this thread. Especially the stag set:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Here is some additional information about the Wedding Cake knife that Steel Head posted.

This was taken from Buck's catalog dated 3/ 89, advertising Buck's Custom knife offerings. Shown is their model 955 Wedding knife. It looks to have a full flat grind and more belly than the Empress Trio slicing knife from that set of 16 years prior. Plus, is polished with upgrade handle. A handsome knife and good shape for kitchen use. DM

Steel, what's the story on this Buck?

I picked it up along with a few other Bucks from John Foresman last year. He said it was customized by a Buck Employee in the 1970's before they had a custom shop. That's all I know other than it is a perfect fit, finish and feel:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Ruger GP 100 and the first drop point 110 that Buck offered. The Collectors had a bunch made and sold to them in 2005 with S30V blade and nickle frame. I got this one from Flatlander. My wife's favorite. DM
