Here is some additional information about the Wedding Cake knife that Steel Head posted.
This was taken from Buck's catalog dated 3/ 89, advertising Buck's Custom knife offerings. Shown is their model 955 Wedding knife. It looks to have a full flat grind and more belly than the Empress Trio slicing knife from that set of 16 years prior. Plus, is polished with upgrade handle. A handsome knife and good shape for kitchen use. DM
I picked it up along with a few other Bucks from John Foresman last year. He said it was customized by a Buck Employee in the 1970's before they had a custom shop. That's all I know other than it is a perfect fit, finish and feel:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
Ruger GP 100 and the first drop point 110 that Buck offered. The Collectors had a bunch made and sold to them in 2005 with S30V blade and nickle frame. I got this one from Flatlander. My wife's favorite. DM
