No one in that picture has a beard?Predicting a huge demand from the Williamsburg Brooklyn area.

Lol, I was trying to focus on the pretentiousness and “look at me” vibe that comes from that crowd. I mean dragging your portable record player and handful of vinyl down to the corner cafe/bar is a commitment. But I think brosif has a goatee mustache thing going and if she’s got a mustache it would just be mean to point it out.No one in that picture has a beard?
I have a Beer and Sausage but never carry it. I like the uniqueness of the B&S but the #35 frame doesn't do anything for me. Now this one on a #15 frame, I know from experience that I'll like that frame. Plus it just looks really cool with that shield and the lanyard hole. Might not ever use the comb but it's a good conversation piece none-the less. What’s the draw john?
HIPSTER 'stache??? If you are into guns, and of a certain age, you would recognize that as a George Nonte 'stache......Im not a hipster, but I think this knife is pretty cool. I don’t have anything against hipsters. They may dress a certain way, but they’re not bothering me. It seems I have things in common with hipsters (handlebar mustache, redwing boots) and it seems every hipster and his mother is wearing the same “cowboy” hat I’ve been wearing for years. But that doesn’t stop me from having them and it wouldn’t stop me from owning this knife. I really like the understated looks of a 15 with a nail nick. More likely lack of availability or lack of knife budget (wife approval) will keep me from owning this knife, but we’ll see. Either way, I’m looking forward to seeing more pictures. Let’s hope this doesn’t turn into the thread where people come to repeatedly poop on this knife.

That was the biggest issue for me with the B&S, I had to basically push the comb closed. The combs aren't that sturdy, I doubt they'll put a strong spring on it.
I was lucky with my B&S, the comb has light pulls but has decent 'snap' open and closed. That was the biggest issue for me with the B&S, I had to basically push the comb closed.
He'll get his revengeKarma comes around
Fell asleep at the wheel on this one, only just woken up to the fact it's a 15 frame and not a 35..stupid old
head! Makes no diff though, that comb's going to be an awkward yet dinky thing on this frame.
But, let's see the pix when they come in![]()
Yes, same stache. I was not familiar with him, but looked him up.HIPSTER 'stache??? If you are into guns, and of a certain age, you would recognize that as a George Nonte 'stache......![]()
The comb on my B&S snaps open and closed fine, but I wouldn’t call it strong. The combs are so thin with such a thin spring, I don’t think there is a way to make them have a strong snap. It still works fine.I hear ya Will, did the same here ha!
That etch will fade fast enough though, and I'm happy with whatever GEC that I may acquire.
Hopefully the spring on that groomer strongly snaps shut.
IMHO hipsters seem to wanna have everything that I enjoy, vinyl, clothing etc. I'm hoping it's just a fad.
