So no Opinel No8I've posted a separate thread about the 2023 Traditional Forum Knife here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/behold-the-2023-bladeforums-traditional-forum-knife.1934078/
I've never worked with CASE or LIONSTEEL for custom runs, and am open to a limited run "super premium" offering from them if anyone has contacts I should reach out to.

With a spyderco dragonfly blade. How about a Swiss army knife this year?
While I would of course love a Punchnut and/or a Camp Knife, I will take this opportunity to once again make my ceremonial annual request:
I would love a Whaler or Sailor's Knife (with a marlin spike) for a forum knife.
There, now that I have done that, I will acknowledge that it is never happening, and probably couldn't be done with the typical cost limits for a forum knife. But I have to say it at least once a year. It is tradition.
For reference (and because photos are always nice), here is a photo of scout knife with a sailor's knife and whaler:

I have done the Case factory tour twice while on the way to the GEC Rendezvous. On one trip another member of the tour group asked about having knives made for his club. The tour host responded that they happily do small batch runs of knives for groups and as I recall they did not request a significant quantity to commence production.I've posted a separate thread about the 2023 Traditional Forum Knife here: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/behold-the-2023-bladeforums-traditional-forum-knife.1934078/
