This thread is to post those folders you picked up for this year's BladeForum's Traditional folder which also was the 25th Anniversary of BladeForums itself so...congrats
I had some help with this year's folder as I didn't get in on ordering one, but a friend

was kind enough to get one ordered for me and it arrived today. I was not expecting it but had wanted to get one. Those that already have theirs know that it is a nice size folder and both blades have good positive half stops, I know some don't like that but I like it and both blades show fairly flush in all three positions, well done to GEC for their fitup with this folder. Both blades were in need of sharpening, as a lot of new folders usually need, but the blades were ground with a cutting edge and just needed to be tuned up. I like to put my own bevels on so this worked out great as the edge was just about there and they do grind their blades fairly thin so both are razor sharp now.
My serial number is #422 which my fav number is 42 so, that was twice as good as just plain ole 42

So while there is that long running thread that started the promotion and sale of the knife, this one is just a collection of your photos of your own knife and your thoughts on it.
I like the size of the folder, the thinness of the handle while still thick enough to provide a good grip. The scales are quite nice and the pinched bolsters and groove just top it off. The shield is fitted very well and is pinned to the liner, not glued on like other makers do, so some more work for them but worth the effort.
So lets see yours folks!
