Got one of those Sabot in horn, tank of a knife. Wish the fit finish were just better.
Excellent pix! I'm really looking forward to getting the Micarta, will make a great work-knife. I have the same Sabot Tonneau which gives a lot of blade for its handle. The finish is yes, a bit crude (I was told the stamping machines are very old and worn, hence the haphazard bolster work- but the pins are all flush
