Since I haven't seen 440C on these, it could be 420HC, which they have used before.

I used their stainless 89 Fruit Knife which I believe is 420HC for quite a while for, well, cutting fruits, and it is as decent as it can be. 420HC is not a 420.

I just realized that. Classic way to position the nail nick itself, but I don't fancy it much for some reason. Matter of taste.

Those are nice! I have the same two on the way at the moment. I kind of like the micarta better than the sawcut in the regular run. It fits the “user” look that these have.

Surprisingly, I managed to score one yellow and one blue denim. Knife market must really be slowing down. I'm happy with the steel, whether it be 420HC or 440C.
