2025 December BOTM - 120 General, MagnaCut, Ironwood w/Brass Guard/Pommel

The Buck 120 December
BOTM is a fine looking knife. I am a bit disappointed, I was hoping for a 112 with white micarta handle scales with a red and green cerakoted blade. Red on one side and green on the other side. A truly festive knife.
Me too

I've had many one of ones and prototypes and samples..all kinds of rare variations. For the last 3 years I've been letting the most expensive go to other collections. I'm proud many are in the finest collections nationwide. I still have a few LoL! My BG-42 is a reblade on a new 112 (verses one sent in) brass Ebony But with finger groves.. About 15-20 out of the 100 blades were put in new factory knives.. I have a few protype loose blades. Old Custom Shop Damascus. I chased rare odd 112's ONLY for almost 2 decades. Won multiple awards in Atlanta for single model.. Just wish health issues didn't stop me from displaying I probably would be still hunting.

Hi Clint - I would love to talk to you about your prototype loose 112 blades. My 112 collection is focused on all the steels (traditional so far, I haven’t started on the powder metallurgy steels yet). Thus far I have 440C, 5160, two BG-42, Damascus, D2, 425Mod, and 420HC. Matt from Buck Knives Inc. Buck Knives Inc. told us of 160 112 blades they did in 154-CM a while back for the Custom Shop. I’ll send you a text message.

My December BOTM came today .. very much glad I got it instead of the Stealth Run 117 / 102. Here it is beside a 119 Factory Blemish Alaskan Guide Series. I did this picture for someone who wanted to see the 120's size next to something they knew. All the metal on the 120 is brass, it just looks lighter, sort of nickel like, in this picture. The brass is not as dark as on the 119; the 119 needs to be polished .. or maybe left as is and call the tarnish a "patina."

Yeah that 120 is a nice knife.
And I sorta like the darker brass.

What?
Did you buy them all?
You're the only person here that has one?

Where's all the pics?
Yeah I didn't buy one, but I was truly hoping to see a few.
