VIP is practically as good as real ECAM at a fraction of the price. I'd put it on everything, it's quite an excellent option.

Any one know if there are any leather crafters here doing sheaths for the new light choppers? I havent decided exactly how/where Ill carry it yet. In general I prefer kydex, but I think I want more for the LC.

Just in ... my first SC. I thought I ordered an ecam SC but was corrected its burlap. I can't even remember what I ate for dinner yesterday let alone a knife I ordered a year or so ago. It's paired up with a beautiful LC (blue) J JearBeatus48 was generous enough to help a brother out with.

Congrats DennisM. Your scales to me def look like buffed burlap micarta though. AFAIK, the Mothership is still in the production process of the ECAM scales for the 2026 Choppers, most likely sometime after this Blade Show in ATL.
