Carl keeps inviting me, but sadly I won't be doing any more weekend events for a few more years when I'm ready to retire from punching time clocks, even Blade. I run the outfitters I work for on the weekends, and on Sundays, with some of the ministries I help supply that work with homeless veterans, it becomes my oen church. But I'm still freelance the other four days, so I can take off and hit the Ocoee or the Smokies during the week pretty much whennever I feel up to it.
 
I am so ready to leave today. Going to try and leave at lunch. Its been a fight with my electricians already this morning. They had to take down 3 lights so we could install 1/4" drywall over the popcorn ceiling. They came in this morning saying we moved the boxes. My drywall guys are doing good if they don't cover all of them up they are definitely not going to move a box. I need a break. I know my phone won't work there with exception my wife will probably be able to get through. LOL

I was able to get decent texting signal down by the office and at the playground when my daughter was playing, and in the field and on the dike at the ed of the lake, and down by the horse stables. So you might want to avoid those areas ;)
 
Have had a wonderful time here at Trackrock! I definitely will be coming again. Met lots of great people. First time forging a knife I can finish at some point. So much fun. Also so many awesome blades to chose from. I can’t wait until the fall to go again. I’m coming home with a couple. Top to bottom my forged blade with help and instruction from Carl. I see my two blades I bought in there. However in one pic it looks like someone didn't put Carl's knife in the correct location.
 
It was a great time and I was honored y'all came. Special thanks to Greg for letting me cook the gumbo at his place.
