Hey everyone!
I have available a 210mm K-Tip Gyuto. Some of you may have seen it in the picture with the rest of the large batch. I don't have much time during the semesters so this may only be the only knife I have until Winter Break.
This is a knife designed for all-around use. The 210mm length is versatile - not too long and not too short. It has a slightly thicker spine than what you have been seeing, but with a very thin edge and huge tapers down the front and to the rear.
The steel is 52100, which has high toughness, hardness, and wear resistance properties.
The knife comes with a black G10 saya (sheath) with a little holding pin.
