#217 When was this made?

You are quite welcome mate, it was worth it to re-read that old thread and see some of the old names pop out again.

Use it! PLEASE! Those knives BEG to be used.
And they'll stand up to just about anything other than being chucked (accidentally) under a running lawnmower. Take it from someone who knows.
Blade edge got chewed up a bit, and a little bit of the tip got chewed off (this was a Basic Bolo 13.... at least I think "Bolo"). The Resciprene got a little cracked in one place, but would have remained completely usable. I mean, INFI and Resciprene is some TOUGH stuff!
Use that knife. you won't regret it.

did You do the mods to this blade? It begs to be beat. Not a dust collector for sure. I would Buy a sheath and beat it silly. And take pics !!

I didn't do any mods but the previous owner has a swedge which I guess he may have done, or someone else did?? Not sure if it came from Bussee that way.

The B10 is a great knife – congrats! My first Busse was a Basic 9 in late 2001, and is still one of my favorites. The size & shape of the Basic Res C handle along with the type of material feels great in my hand.

Regarding the swedge, it might have come from Busse that way, but I'm guessing not. Can you take a photo from the side of the front of the blade showing the swedge? Thank you!

Enjoy your fine knife!
