I believe it was you that asked how the finish on that particular Izula is holding up. Although that pic is after a wipe down with Rem oil, you can see it hasn’t worn much at all and I’ve used it this week cutting open bags (basically thick paper grocery bags with a plastic grocery bag liner) of food grade soybean meal all shift long…10-12 hours/night. I’ve sharpened it a couple times this week, the finish is holding up better than the edge.
