sonofwilfred sonofwilfred A friend of mine gave me a huge bag of shelled walnuts. (I thought of you cobber)
Today's breakfast was a bowl of 1/3 oats, 1/3 walnuts, 1/3 blueberries. Ummmmm!
Probably be eatin walnuts daily for the next couple months. :thumbsup:

Have these in my pocket...
Bullnose Work Knife cuz it's a great all rounder / Midnight Mgr. cuz it's still dark here

At a low oven temperature 70°c-100°c pour honey over nuts that are laid out on baking paper and cook for up to an hour. Just heating plain nuts cooked in this way is known as "activating" them. The walnuts get a different flavour and humans can absorb more of the goodness from the nut.
Also shake activated nuts in a bag with white pepper and salt and their delicious 👨‍🍳

I'm actually cracking a few nuts now in the old dairy, waiting for the wind to die down a bit.

Many Vic/Esee combos are excellent with the Huntsman / Izula right up there with the best. :thumbsup::thumbsup:
