So funny, I am scrolling thru these months’ old posts and come across this photo with the same nearly 50 year old book on my table here as Your’s Dan……so I thru the knives I was fiddling with in a photo to share…cheers gang and happy Sunday!
Nearly 50 year old...

I was born in 1975 🤣😂 only 48 years old thanks very much!

They are cool books I enjoy reading them mate, if only guns were still the price listed in the back of the book.

Yep, time flies! I enjoy these Gun Digest books and have many of the old ones as I find them at antique stores and gun shows usually at a very low price but still love the content. I was a 9 year old kid in ‘75, and that was the beginning of my gun enthusiasm which lead to a partial career in the military (USMC) as a gunsmith and infantry armourer, and then as a civilian contractor for the same work for a few years. The old stories fascinate me! Cheers and thanks for sharing pard!

^Oops-wrong thread^above this, I put this over in traditionals' "what traditional are you carrying thread"...

New keychain because I always want these tools. Overkill but meh I like it. S-Tinker not pictured.
A customer came in to my store the other day and asked if we had bottle openers. We sort of did but the two we had were stolen out of the box. Turned out they wanted wine open and I grabbed for my SAK to just get em out of there (by opening the wine, what were you thinking?) And realized to their disappointment that I had packed my Super Tinker because, screwdriver.

NKD and first Modded SAK. Daily Customs 91.3 Titanium scales with a Zitanium inlay over top of a 91mm Climber. Loving the basic Climber toolset so far but relatively new to carrying a SAK with any regularity so I'm sure i'll end up going after a modded toolset next. Missing a file already slightly so that might be my first step.

It's my wife's birthday today. After getting out of the shower I find a row of shoes to choose from and knives she selected for us to take with us on an easy bush walk before a pub lunch. I'm not actually going to carry my mint condition Champion complete with aluminum tipped tweezers 😁, but it looks good in the photo. I'll swap it for one I use 🤣😂
