Ok. So many of you know that I was on the fence about the inkosi. Its small, Its a non Pivot bushing knife, takes two separate wrenches to break down, and requires lock tite. All of these things were holding me back from purchasing one.
Some of you also know that I have and daily EDC my Large Insingo. I like larger knives and can get away with carrying one every day. But.....sometimes its nice to switch it up and carry something that is a little smaller and does not hog the pocket. (not that the large does).
So I found someone willing to Trade my SMF for one that was BNIB. My first impressions were that the knife was insanely small and I was never going to carry it. Keep in mind that I also have XXL hands, which was also a worry for me.
Well as it turned out, Its actually pretty comfortable in my hand. Much like my Mini Ritter grip with Wilkins.
Here are few pics to start it out.

Here are some in hand shots.

Aside from cutting some light Cardboard....it has not really seen any type of real work. With this being said......I was not able to make a real decision on how it felt in my hand.
So I went outside with my kids today after church and decided to mess around a little with it to see how it felt.
Made a quick ghetto feather stick.

Felt pretty good and was extremely easy to do.
Here are some more in hand shots of how I was holding it.

A little bit of reverse grip cutting. ( dont know the proper terminology)

Put up a feeder for some tasty little squirrels.

Had some more time with my boys and decided to go over the hill. Here where I started to get all crazy.

Now some of you might see this as abuse on the sacred CRK.....but I feel as though what im carrying should be able to handle it. So some of this might be cringe worthy for some of you.
One of my boys wanted this pine bellow and it was semi dead and hard. So I drove the knife in there and twisted it sideways to break it off. Came down without a hitch. Just laughed at it.

Then I started to really lose my mind..... I saw a small 1.5" around stick and decided to do some dreaded batonning.

Some more batonning.

This little thing just kept on laughing back at everything I threw at it. Literally.
I decided to carve down the branches that I batonned through. Man this thing was just eating through the wood.
Lockup is still completely solid and ready for more work.

After all of this........I can say that I really do like this knife. I have only been with it for 24hours and it took everything I could throw at it so far. I have yet to take it to work and beat on it there. That will start bright and early tomorrow morning.
It is still fairly sharp. wont shave hair but will slice paper with ease.
I must say that this has changed my mind on the capability of this little beast. If you are on the fence about it......I say you need to try it. Is it better than the Sebenza......No. Its in its own category. Its refined and smooth like a standard seb, but built liek a tank that can take a beating.
Thanks for reading guys! I love this stuff. I hope I was able to answer any questions for someone who is on the fence.
