Thank you. It is a real cutie. I'm into it. I thought i wanted a really veiny one, but this one has a perfect tactile/ haptic experience. The action is snappy in 3 of the 4 movements, it is still sluggish from half stop to open. I have cycled and flushed it a bunch, but it will need some more time and effort to smooth out. I am not worried in the least about that.Beautiful!
The edge was a little funky upon arrival. This is my first GEC stainless and i'm still working on improving the edge. I know from my other GECs over the past several years that edges are not generally great from the factory. This is also a non issue.
In terms of size, this is my first really small GEC, the next smallest i have is a 15 crown lifter. Most of my traditionals are in the 3 3/4 to 4 inch size range.
I've been wanting a 25 for years and not surprised how much i like the size and shape. it fills a void in my horde. I do have one other 3 inch handle knife, but it is not as chunky and too small for practical use for me. The girth works great with the length on this thing.
