Hello everybody!
My latest chef knife is completed! I'm posting it on this section because the kitchen section is quite low on traffic.
Steel: 26c3
Handle: African blackwood bolster, red g10 spacer,curly maple and carbon fiber pin.
Dimensions:
Overall lenght: 34.5 cm - 13.58''
Blade lenght: 20.5 cm - 8.07''
Blade widght: 4.5 cm - 1.77''
Blade thickness: 3 mm - 0.118''
Handle lenght: 13.5 cm - 5.31''
The blade is differentially heat treated. Handrubbed and etched lightly to keep the hamon white. The choil and the spine are rounded. The hamon appears better on the last pictures.
Price: 230$ as is or 250$ with a black leather cover.
