HHH Custom Knives 270mm Gyuto. FOR SALE
Blade is High carbon damascus, Tsunami pattern. HRC 61.5 High Polished finish.
OAL is approx 15 1/2" / 395mm
Blade measures 10 1/2" / 268mm tip to heel. Height at the heel is apprx 2 1/8" tall / 53mm.. Spine thickness is approx 2.5mm Tapering gradually to a nice thin tip.
Rounded spine and relieved choil for comfort in use.
Handle is stabilized Buckeye Burl with Black and yellow (Yellow jacket) spacers.
Stainless pins with single center pin a stainless, copper and brass mosaic
Weight: 9.6 ounces.
This one has my latest "new" grind. Its a asymmetrical R hand grind. Im loving the way this blade feels and cuts.
