293 Inertia - Well Liked?

I wouldn't do that. it's there for a reason. the spring is pretty touchy on the few I have. try carrying it for awhile not used and see if it's too touchy before you remove it. just to be sure. course in the end it's your knife, but I'd test it for awhile before I'd remove it.

Will give it a shot, w/ safety see how I like it,otherwise is nice knife- micarta non-assist would be even better imho, thanks for the advice
