2FA Help

I tried to set up 2FA a couple times and when BF tried to send an email confirmation, I did not receive one. I checked spam, nothing there. Is the email actually being sent? I tried to do this awhile back also and got nothing. Thanks

Here's a message from Spark on the subject. May or may not be the answer, but a good place to start to narrow it down.

Does the authentication have to go through an email, or is there an option to use text messages for those with the "wrong" email addresses?

I downloaded the app Authy and did it that way. Gives you a unique code everytime you try to log in. And I changed my password again to something very difficult.
