regarding Sevillas post about his disapointment with my knife, I just want to remember again about my lifetime warranty and
money back rules. If you're not happy with my knife, I'll refund 100% of your spent money and shipping, no questions asked.

That's a very good policy to have. It would be good to know the answers to Sevilla's questions. As I understand it, he is questioning your advertising of one of your lines as "mid-tech," when, according to him, they are more accurately "production" knives (even if of high quality).

Mr. Mulero:
Instead of answering HappyDaddy´s question about the actual manufacturing place and proccess of your already famous in Spain "semicustom" folder, you prefer to bring onto the table your lifetime warranty.
At this moment, one of your customer has posted in Spanish Forum your answers to his questions about your warranty. The first answer you gave was asking him if he wasn´t man enough (sic) to call you up. When he replied he prefered to treat all warranty issues in writing, your answer was again a mention to what - in your opinion- he was lacking for not calling.
Finally, the icing in the cake was your own answer in the thread this - obviously unhappy- customer opened in our Forum to report this situation and warn other people. Literally: "Tick-tock, tick-tock,....".
At this moment, and almost one week later, that has been your only answer to a very polite request from a customer that has paid 150 euros for a production slipjoint.
Do you really want to talk about your lifetime warranty?
