J Willians and cmdr249 have inspired me. Its time for a little pay back.
I really don't have much to offer in the way of knives but I have a couple things that I can offer up. Should have listened to mom and stayed away from the automotive industry.
The winner of this will receive an assortment of goodies.
2 cobra stitch paracord bracelets. Size and color selected by the winner after the contest. Only 5 colors available (coyote brown, olive drab, ACU gray, black, ACU camo). Two-tone available as well as doubled up inner for a thicker bracelet. Each having between 8' and 10' of paracord.
2 square knot knife lanyards. Again, color(s) selected by the winner. With or without inner strands.
2 twisted knot lanyards. Winners choice of color.
2 bead chains for neck knife/kit carry.
and a couple tinder tins and possibly a surprise gift or two just for good measure.
Give-away is for all regular WSS posters in North America.
This one should be easy. In order to qualify you need to guess the number of people logged on to BF at 8:00PM EST (20:00) 2/25/09. That is the time I created this post. I've waited an hour to hit the "Submit" button in order to make it a bit more dificult.
I have another copy of this pic that has the actual number on it so you know I'm up front. I'll upload and post it two weeks from today.
I'll let this run for a two weeks and at that time, the closest guess (without going over in case of a tie) will be our winner. If someone hits the nail on the head, I'll cut it off there.
In closing, I'd like to thank everyone here. I've gained an incredible amount of knowledge here and even met a couple great guys. I look forward to spending more time here, learning more, and meeting more of you.
