2nd Electric Motor has died!!

Thanks for the advice Don. If this one fails, I'm definitely stepping up to something more powerful!

I received my Harborfreight "Marathon Motor" yesterday (Part # 4107) and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was "Made in the USA"!! Not bad for $139.99:

I'm going to run it on 220V and use 10 guage wire. Let's see how long it lasts.
 
Ok, I thought you were using cheap Chinese motors :) Nothing wrong with Marathon, very good motors. I have a Marathon on my little power hammer, no problems here.

220 will help a lot, your motor will last much longer, drawing only half the amps as it would at 110.
