I usually always have a traditional folder pared with a modern folder everyday, the traditional (gec 73, sak, or sodbuster ect.) usually is for food prep and dont be discouraged by high carbon as the patina it gets from acidic foods will help protect it! But if a modern folder for food prep is more your thing I cant think of a better knife than a spyderco delica 4 ffg and in my experience its sheeple friendly
