2nd Hollow Handle Knife

Here's another version of a hollow handle knife. This is a smaller one with a 5 5/8" blade. I also made the ricasso narrower to flow with the handle. Then I let the edge drop a little. Kind of like my typical bowie blade but with a hollow handle. Also, this one has a convex edge instead of a straight bevel. Thanks for looking.

I like this one better... I think it flows a bit better. Of course I also like these in the 7 - 7.5" blade versions. I'm sure you'll be selling a lot of these here.

:thumbup: Getting closer!! LOL!!! Nice looking, but I'd agree with Redsnake... a little longer and a little pointier! The flow between the ricasso and handle is much better and I like the slight drop... Otherwise, it looks like it'd make a great piece to keep in the truck for quik trips out in the field. Good work!

I got my order in early and this one is all mine! Ray the money order's on the way (well almost). I have a Robert Parrish, a Colin Cox and a Chris Reeve hollow handle, and this ones going to get to meet them.

Just have to work in my own preferences to keep things fair and balanced---keep 'em short and broad, Ray; I cut a whole lot more than I stab.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I'm busy working on my third one and should be done tomorow. It's looking good so far and a little different from the first two. Each one I make will be different. I may even do a drop point or spear point. I'll post pictures when I finish. I just hope you guys don't get tired of it.
