not quality but, this is just practice for when i can get some better steel and tools. again its made of an old saw blade, it has birdseye maple for handles and a polyurathane finish. any comments welcome, i thrive on constructive critism! one thing i noticed is the one pin is to far back.

It is not fancy. It is functional. Is it SHARP? It is time well spent to use a variety of oil stones, hones, strops, etc to play around with the edge. When it "pops" out and you go "wow" that's sharp!! THEN you have made progress. Look at he blade, is it thin, thick, how is it ground, how wide is the secondary bevel???? There are many variables. If this one unique knife turns out to be a real cutter, what does it do well and why? This stage of your career is where you really will form the concepts and methods that will define your future work. Keep going, you are on the path. :)
