2nd MOP ?

Hi Guys,
I would like to saw MOP.
Is there any suggestions on how to do it with out any major breakage

Use a fine tooth jewelers saw. Anything between a #0 and a #2/0 should be right.
Go slow and wear a respirator when grinding/sanding. Clean up the dust with the vacuum.
