Anyone who knows him,send a flare or something.

On another note,while I got you guys here looking at giveaways,I got an idea:
What about a "pay it forward" giveaway,strictly slips
Base it on a 24 hr thing & cards,like this.The guy who wins,does the next giveaway.
We can come up with some rules that can accomodate everyone.
How long do you think we could keep it going?
What do you think?

Did you read my previous post about the "pay it foward " giveaway idea?
Perhaps you could either initiate it,or start a seperate thread with some ground rules,I'm sure Thomason will play,too

I should hit my 2,000 post in 2015, but I'll have a contest then in honor of Vince and Rob.
 
Dammit Rob, you're right. I need to take the bull by the horns here.

Besides, if I wait until 2015 the knife laws will have changed so much that I'll only be able to give away a knife with no blades due to liability issues.

I like the "pay it forward " idea. Doing the cards to pick a winner works for me. Anybody got any ideas for "rules"? I will get looking for a slip joint next week.
 
I think the first rule,should be,if you have no intension on keeping it going by doing the next giveaway,you should not enter,the current one.
We should cover,shipping,time limits to claim the prize....
Someone's gotta grab the bull by the horns,and get it going.I had a good idea,let's see where it goes ??

PS I feel,the value of the knife,should be what the current giveaway person can spare,no pressure,but,be fair and realistic.
