Very cool design, looks very oceanic for some reason...

Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the placement of the pocket clip would prevent over-extension of the lock bar. Am I correct?

If at all it would not be much of anything. I use thick Ti on my clips and the lock bars are very tight.
