Hey guys I have a new extra grinder that I got to move. I make these grinders from time to time and Im getting ready to start a new batch. The grinder is hand machined with the use of a Bridgeport milling machine. I take just as much pride in these grinders as I do my knives and hold all the processes involved in building them too very tight tolerances and the results are rewarded by excellent repeatable tracking and smooth/quite operation. With this in mind it was designed it to except all the Bader and tw-90 grinder attachments without modification.
(1).Complete frame, base plate with tracking wheel and 6drive wheel.
(2). One 1.25 solid cold rolled steel combination tooling arm these are drilled and reamed on both ends to except both .50 and .75 shafts. (This is done as cost saver for the buyer as there is no need to buy another tooling arm)
(3). your choice of a 8 inch poly contact wheel or platen
(4).One adjustable work rest
(5). 2hp 3ph1800rpm C-face toolmex motor
(6). 2hp Variable Speed drive
$1450.00
