2x72 scotchbrite belts

Does anyone use these belts to satin finish their blades. Is it worth checking them out?

I bought the bear tex extra fine and I love it, i'm guessing the bear tex and 3M are basically the same thing

I use them all the time on my 2x42, and I see no reason why they wouldn't work just fine on a 72" grinder.

I use them to put the final satin finish on most of my kitchen, hunting, and fishing blades. They are really good.

just got an extra fine belt from Pops and really like it. So easy to do a nice satin finish in one pass.

I have an extra fine one, and usually go to about 1200 or 1500 before using it. It really does put a very nice, uniform finish on the blade!

Wouldn't want to do without them.
