Are these Carbon or SS?

The ones that have USA and SCHRADE, as opposed to SCHRADE+ are predominately 1095. Apparently some of the later SCHRADE ones were stainless, though. There's a thread on it here somewhere. I look for a bit a patina or a pepper spot to be sure.

The pictured one is 1095 and takes a great edge.
